Caliber collision in Oregon: & GERBER COLLISION ON CENTRAL: No stars.. had a issue, I told them they said to call my insurance. I took it to my dealer and got a video of my dealership saying how they didn't fix it right and mixed and different bolts and misc things . They said it isn't safe and glad I brought my car in when I did because it could've been real bad. Not to mention 1 of the bolts was so loose it could be fatal especially knowing that I drive the highway on a regular.. I have all my proof. I have kids this isn't good that a shop like this don't care and don't do proper work... I'm also a non smoker and when I picked my car up it smelled so bad of cigarettes that I had clean and deodorize my car mind you my car is only 2 yrs old and I take care of my belongings... My dealership isn't happy with the work that was performed on my car by this shop .. also they told me that they would call me when my front fender came in and they would put it on but I have yet to hear or get it from them . So they will order parts, charge you and never put it on.. TO COME SPEND MONEY AT THIS SHOP YOU'RE RISKING YOUR LIFE!!!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!! BE SAFE AND

Had to get repairs after an accident with a deer, and they took really good care of my car. Just got my car back today, and it looks like the accident never even happened. The staff here are also very nice, and I would highly recommend this place for collision repair.

I had my vehicle repaired at the Central Ave location and everything went very smoothly. Bob took very good care of me from start to finish. He was great with communication and let me know exactly when to expect my vehicle to be completed. The paint department did a great job as well. Mike was able to repair and paint my bumper, driver side door and rear door. The paint looks great with no over spray, great blending and no orange peel!
